Chad grew up in Iowa before beginning his real estate career in Tampa, Florida in 1998. He got his start in office management but worked his way up to becoming one of the top real estate recruiters in the nation. But these accomplishments still couldn’t compare to the satisfaction of handing a client the keys to their new home, so Chad became a service-oriented real estate agent. Since 2004, he’s been building relationships and making real estate dreams come true across the city with a particular focus on downtown LA, East LA, and the Valley. Chad understands a diversity of markets, having navigated upswings and downturns with unwavering professionalism.
In his free time, Chad pushes himself with mountain biking and regular exercise, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and Maltese, Valletta. Chad loves traveling but maintains easy accessibility meaning he’s never too far away to check in with his clients or address any questions. It all builds to that extra peace of mind central to the ideal homebuying or selling experience.
